IDRC's eADR is a indegenously devloped end to end paperless Software which takes care of all the stages of a Dispute Resolution mechanism be it Arbitration, Mediation or Conciliation. 

The software has in-built facility for eFiling of claim petitions, ePayment of registration, administrative and Arbitral fees, eAllocation of disputes to Arbitrators and Mediators, issuance of eNotices to parties, eBooking of Online as well Offline hearings at IDRC Venues,  eHearing/Virtual Hearing via Video Conferencing Portals, facility to append eSignatures on the documents and proceedings,  issuance of eCertified Copy of proceedings and all the proceedings are safely preserved in the IDRC Cloud Servers with 24x7 Access to Arbitrators, Clients and their respective Advocates.

All the concerned parties and Lawyers have a Personal Dashboard to manage their cases from comfort of their Office and homes, accessible also from Mobile Phones.

Each Case registered under IDRC Rules has a dedicated Folder and spacewhere all the day today proceedings can be recorded by the Arbitrator. Even the statements made by the parties and the witnesses can be recorded, digitally signed and preserved in the software.
