IDRC's eADR Software provides Registration of Four categories of persons and institutions namely Arbitrators, Mediators, Advocates and Clients.
While Arbitrators and Mediators ane empanelled only by invitation the Advocates and Clients can register themselves directly.
Arbitrators are also authorised to handle cases of Early Neutral Evaluation and Expert Determination. Mediatora are authorised to handle cases od Concoliation.

The IDRC Personal Dashboard makes available all the servises in one interface. One can see Fresh Cases, Pending Cases, Decided Cases as well as All the cases together. One can also file fresh case, make payments, book online and offline hearings and much more.
The IDRC Personal Dashboard also has separate dedicate Dashboards for all ADR type cases ie Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation as also for all case types.
