Greetings from the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre.
Pursuant to the resolution by the Government of India to make India a hub of International and Domestic Arbitration and other ADR methodologies, the IDRC has been established as a Non-Profit Arbitral, Mediation and Conciliation Institution so that it can function as an independent International Organization with its own progressive ADR Rules.
It is India’s first of its kind Institutional ADR Centre which provides offline as well as eADR facility through its state of the art eArbitration, eMediation and eConciliation Software Portal.
The IDRC was e-inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice A.K Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court. During the event he had remarked that, “IDRC will go a long way as it provides several facilities which are certainly out of the box like end to end digitization and completely paperless hearings. I see great scope in Indian Dispute Resolution Centre."
